SPRING JAMS

Hey!

Thanks to everyone who have made our road trips from January through March a huge success. We're planning on doing more midwest dates after we record the new album in April, and then do a full on tour when the record "hits the streets", as they say.

We do have a few other local dates coming up. Hope you TC'ers can make it.

Stay tuned.

Two Thousand And Nine…

is all about a new year, new president, new experiences, new shows, new places, new songs, and a new album in the works. Hell yes.

We recently finished demos of 13 new songs in the practice castle with the help of sexxxy Mr. Morgan Berkus (zebulon pike). We are planning on re-recording these 13+ songs with our man Carl Amburn at the Mousetrap in OKC in April, release the album sometime late summer / early fall, and then go out for another full US tour (and beyond) shortly after that. We're really excited about where the new material is headed.

We're doing a whole bunch of regional shows in Oshkosh, Appleton, Brainerd, and Duluth in the next few weeks with some of our favorite bands around. We've also been asked to play Casanatra's release show for "Death Ride" on January 30th at the Triple Rock in Minneapolis, which is quite an honor. Stay tuned and check the shows page for details.

Hope your 2009 is sweet berry wine,

UPCOMING SHOWS

Hey!

We've got a handful of local and midwestern shows coming up, check out the shows page for details. We're also in the process of booking a bunch of regional shows throughout the early part of 2009.

Also remember that our newest EP, "Billions" is available HERE. There are only a few of the limited copies remaining!

We've been writing a bunch of songs just for you, and will be going back in with the world famous Carl Amburn to record them sometime around April of next year. Look for another full length album soon after that.

Stay tuned...

“BILLIONS” EP RELEASE

It is official, our Japanese released EP entitled "Billions" (Stiff Slack Records) will soon be available on itunes, at our shows, and physically through our site. We are quite excited about it, to say the least. The 5 songs on the EP were recorded with Carl Amburn at the same time we recorded the other 14 songs that eventually became most of the self-titled album. We've been playing a lot of these tunes at our shows for a while now, but here's your chance to hear them on disc, baby! In our opinion it sounds just as sweet, if not sweeter, than the self-titled record does.

To celebrate, we are doing an informal release show of sorts at the Uptown Bar in Minneapolis THIS FRIDAY, July 11th. Here are the details:

FRIDAY, JULY 11TH - UPTOWN BAR - MINNEAPOLIS

Sweet bill, eh? This is our first and last TC show for a while, so we'd love to see ya.

And for those of you not in the Twin Cities, don't worry, we're doing another U.S. tour this fall. Keep checking our site for updates on those dates and the availability of the EP in the U.S. It shall happen soon.

For now, though, the EP is most definitely available through Stiff Slack's myspace, or by e-mailing Takuya . He rules.

You rule.

Stay tuned.

BEST.  TOUR.  YET.

After 16 shows across the entire eastern half of the US, we're home safe and (relatively) sound. You guys fucking rule.

Besides having to rebuild the transmission in Pennsylvania, someone trying to break into the van in Philly, and selling out of some of our merch, the tour went off without a hitch. Best freakin' tour yet. We're hungry to get back out, ASAP.

We played some great venues, met and hung out with some fantastic people, and played with the best batch of bands we've ever played with on tour, some old and some new to us.

We owe some serious thank yous. Here it goes:

You the showgoer, Andrew Johnson, Attack Octopus, Drop Dead Giants, Bear Claw and Scott Picco, Quatre Tete, Sleeping In Gethsemane, Rick McCarty, Pantz Party, No Aloha, {{{Sunset}}}, Laura Matson, Cottman Transmission, Kill You In The Face and Mike, Ale, and Adam, Frede @ Punk Rock Payroll, Company Corvette, Dangerbird, Greg and The New Hawaii dudes, We Vs. The Shark, Florida=Death, Hammer No More The Fingers, Joe and Slim's Downtown, Heather, Todd & Kelly Lemiesz, The Poles, Rocket Club Ken, King Tut, Dropsonic, 13 Day Mission, Gamenight, Josh and Brandon Manis, Chris Rusk, Castle Sunshine (Matthew, Josh, Nick), Stop Don't Stop, Over The Atlantic, Human Cargo, Victoria, Skies Fallen, Jake n' Mel, Mr. History, Kendall and Black Gasoline, Landing On The Moon, Fromanhole, Jodeen and Barry, Bryan Baxter and Massive Graphics, Traindodge, and of course....Riddle Of Steel.

If we forgot you, send us an e-mail and tell us what inconsiderate boneheads we are.

Until next time,

self-evident
